A mild curry sauce which can easily be modified depending on personal taste. It's concentrated so the idea is to add water to create the sauce. You can also try adding in chopped tomatoes or cream with the water. This sauce has won Bronze in the Free From Awards.
There are small amounts of high FODMAP mango, but the small quantities make one portion ok. Take special care if you know mango is a trigger food for you.
