A delicious and versatile this aubergine pickle which can be used as a dip or chutney. It's great for balancing flavours (like on a cheese sandwich), having with a curry or just using as a substitute for mango chutney (but hotter - it won't cool a dish down).
Like all of Anila's sauces it has no additives and made with fresh, simple ingredients.
Ingredients - Aubergines, Rapeseed Oil, Sugar, Chilli Powder, Salt, Spices, Vinegar, Cumin Seeds, Green Chillies, Ginger
