A great curry from Curry on Cooking which comes in a handy space saving pack size. You can really make the dish your own by using the spices as base, then adding whatever extras and meats you want.
To make the Balti you'll need to add a few ingredients. The kit does have an included recipe but it does need to be modified to be FODMAP friendly. So instead of adding garlic, add a little garlic infused olive oil. To replace the onions you can use a onion / shallot infused oil, or chop up the green part of a spring onion. Once you've replaced those it's up to you which meats or vegetables you use. Makes 6 portions, not 4 portions like it says on the packet, as this may trigger IBS symptoms.
Don't exceed 100g of chopped tomatoes per portion, and less if you know you react badly to them. Alternatively, common tomatoes are slightly better, so you could use them instead of the tinned varieties.
