Another family favourite - sweet chilli - is now FODMAP friendly. Serve this sauce with vegetables, chicken, or as a side with prawn crackers. It's also great as a wrap filling too - it's delicious drizzled over a lettuce and halloumi wrap. Please remember to heat first if using as a dipping sauce. Also vegan and vegetarian. 

Ingredients: Water, Red Pepper, Lemon juice, Maple syrup, Tapioca Starch, Cider Vinegar, Tomato puree, Sugar, Ginger Puree, Garlic Infused Olive Oil, Smoked Paprika, Thickeners: Guar & Zanthan Gum, Chilli (0.2%), (Chilli Flakes, Chilli Powder), Cayenne Pepper.
