A rich and creamy flavor sauce which goes great with chicken and served with rice. Sometimes hotter sauces can be bad for your IBS, but this sauce is mild so should be suitable for everyone. Like the other sauces in Anilia's range it's concentrated so you'll need to add water (or lactose free dairy if you want it creamier).
But I spot some high FODMAP ingredients? It's true there are some ingredients which you shouldn't be having in large quantities. But the quantities in this sauce are very small (1%), and you only have 1/4 of them per portion so it's OK.
