Returns & Refunds


If you receive your item and it's not what you expected, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return. However due to the nature of perishable food items, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Notification must be received within 24h of the order being received.

In these circumstances the customer will be responsible for getting the item back to us.


We will refund you if there is a problem with your order such as a missing or damaged item. Most of the time it won't be required to post the item back.

On the rare occasion that an item doesn't arrive please contact us and we'll sort out replacements, or a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your item is received damaged please notify us within 24h and we'll refund the item. To do this please contact us and provide an image or description of the damage.
