A great tasting medium to hot Jalfrezi curry sauce. It's incredibly easy to make. Just cook the meat, add optional fresh vegetables (such a carrot and red peppers) and then add this sauce. Add chilli flakes or lactose free yoghurt to adjust the hotness levels.
