The perfect kit if you want something a bit hotter, with a great strong authentic taste. If it's too hot you can add dairy free yoghurt to cool it down and add a little creaminess. It also works really well for adding strong flavours to meats as a rub.
There is a recipe on the pack which you'll need to modify. Take out the onions and garlic and replace them with oil variants or spring onions. Use a red pepper since that's lower FODMAP than green. Optionally add some diced or grated carrot. Because this is a hotter curry please use the pack to serve 6-7 so it doesn't irritate IBS.
For the meat you can use chicken, beef, lamb or even fish.
