Delicious creamy yet spicy tomato curry with a hint of lemon - one of the nations favourite curries!
You'll need to make a few minor changes to the recipe in the box. Use garlic oil instead of the garlic cloves and shallot / onion oil in place of the onion. Alternatively use the green bits from a spring onion to get a similar flavour. You can add 100ml of low lactose cream, or regular single cream if you know it's not a big trigger (you'll be getting 25ml per portion and 63ml is considered medium FODMAP).
If you're not great with spice add some low lactose yoghurt. You can also use it as a rub for meats, or sprinkle it over vegetables.
