Fast and easy to cook, just put them in a pan of boiling water for 5-6 minutes. They go really well with pad Thai, ramen, stir fry or any Asian soup or broth. Up to 200g per serving will be low FODMAP and will open up lots of cooking options for you. Wheat / egg based noodles will not be suitable.
Also possible to deep fry for that crispy street food style noodle.
