This is an excellent shallot infused olive oil to get that onion taste which is hard to replicate on the FODMAP diet. This is pure extra virgin olive oil, not the inferior non virgin alternative. Great to add to curries, salads or in any dish you're missing that distinctive onion aroma. They're incredibly useful because it's very hard to find something similar in a supermarket
The oil should be used sparingly due to its strong flavour.
