Onion / garlic free gravy in our experience is impossible to find in supermarkets, but it's such a common accompaniment with roasts, which are usually ok for you to eat. Massel come to the rescue again with this delicious tasting gravy which you can serve with a range of meals. It's also possible to use it as a seasoning on veg and meats while they're cooking in the oven.
Easy and fast to prepare - just mix 1½ tables spoons with a dash of cold water and mix into a paste, then add a cup of boiling water and mix further. Optionally add cooking juices.
Note - product has not received official low FODMAP certification from Monash unlike the other products in the Massel range.
