A versatile vegetable stock mix you can use in a wide range of dishes. Alternatively use as a seasoning or flavour enhancer. Certified Monash University as low FODMAP. Look out for the stock cube range and the other flavours - beef and chicken.
To make mix one teaspoon into hot water and mix thoroughly. For a richer stronger mixture add an extra spoon. The whole tin should make 10 litres worth of stock which makes it very cost effective, especially when buying more than one pack.
