A lasagne is a great choice for a main meal which will leave you full. Try making one with aubergine and courgette as well as optional mince meat. For the white sauce make sure you use low lactose milk and cheese (if you know lactose is a big trigger) and gluten free flour. With these modifications you can follow your usual recipe while of course leaving out onion and garlic!
