A classic bolognese sauce without onion or garlic. Just brown 250g of minced beef and then add the sauce. Simmer for 20m stirring occasionally. Then serve with gluten free spaghetti / tagliatelle for a fantastic spag bol. You can optionally add some bacon bits too.
Ingredients: Passata, spring onion greens, tomato puree, garlic-infused sunflower oil, red wine, beef bouillon (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, flavouring, palm oil, sugar, sunflower oil, colour (ammonia caramel), beef fat and stock powder, caramelised sugar powder), herbs, salt, black pepper.
