Carbonara was one of the worst things you could have on the low FODMAP diet - it's usually high in lactose, onion and garlic. But now you can enjoy it again with this new So Low sauce. It uses garlic infused oils and low lactose dairy to replicate the flavours of a classic Italian carbonara. Just cook the pasta (optionally) add some bacon, and add the sauce.
Ingredients: Lactose-free cream (milk), lactose-free cheese (milk), lactose-free milk, lactose-free cream cheese (milk), garlic-infused sunflower oil, basil, potato starch, salt, black pepper. Note: Cheese, milk and cream cheese ingredients are allergens.
