Chilli con carne is a nice and filling dish you can serve with rice. Or alternatively try serving with tortilla chips for a Mexican style nacho meal. It goes really well in burritos and tacos too. Add extra spice or jalapeños if required.
To make all you need to do is brown 250g of mince meat in a pan along with a splash of garlic infused oil. Once you can see no red bits add in the sauce and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. This will be enough for two portions.
Ingredients: Passata, spring onion shoots, beef bouillon (salt, potato starch, yeast extract, maltodextrin, rapeseed oil, flavouring, palm oil, sugar, sunflower oil, colour (ammonia caramel) beef fat and stock powder, caramelised sugar powder), garlic-infused sunflower oil, tomato puree, chillies, herbs and spices, salt, ground black pepper.
