Stuffing can go great with a range of meals but it's basically impossible to find it without onion and garlic. All you need to is pour the pack into a bowl and add 300ml of stock. Leave to stand and then stir. Add a little more stock or water if you want it softer. Then pour it all into a tray and cook in the oven for 25-30m. You can optionally add bacon bits or other meats.
